Seitan is made of wheat gluten, and is high in protein and low in calories. It is not processed or refined and can be used as a meat substitute in a variety of dishes, some of which you will be able to taste at the event.
The talk & tasting event includes tastings of 3 different styles of cooking with Serenity Seitan and will be delicious and inspiring.
